Please take note of the following points to ensure a hassle-free refund policy. We only support product returns in the following circumstances:
- • You are being delivered with the wrong items concerning the quality, size, quantity, or number
- • Or the product is nearing its expiry date or is already expired
- • Or the product itself is different
- • Or the product is spoiled or destroyed.
If the products were fine but were damaged by the customer, gardnerszone does not permit refunds. We are not responsible for client errors like incorrect or missing addresses. If you discover any flaws, we might want a picture of the damaged item. Please keep in mind that any faults must be found as soon as the package is opened, or we will presume that you are to blame.
You will be responsible for paying the full cost of the return shipping when returning the item. Once more, remember to save everything of the original packing, including any papers, documentation, parts, or accessories that need to be sent back with the item.
We will examine the returned item once it has been received, at which point we will send you an email to let you know that it has been received. Additionally, we'll let you know if it was accepted or rejected. Depending on the terms of your card issuer, the refund will be processed and automatically refunded to your bank card or original mode of payment within a few days if it is authorised.
